✂️ Hair Stylist Cancellation Policy Appointment Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect the time of all clients, the following policy applies: 24-Hour Notice Required We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. Deposits Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your service total. We understand that emergencies happen.
